Pune, India – September 10th, 2010 – Nevis Networks India Pvt Limited, a market leader in identity-based policy enforcement solutions that secure network resources, today announced a new channel partner training program that will scale up Nevis partner’s customer service and technical support capabilities. The new program is being rolled out in response to the strong demand for services related for its Nevis LANenforcer family of products.
New Opportunities Enabled for VARs
The channel training program equips Nevis partners with the necessary technological skills to provide value-added services like consulting, professional services and system integration. This will help partners provide best-in-class enterprise security systems along with complimentary services.
This partner training is scheduled in two batches viz. Sep 13th till Sep 15th, 2010 and second weekend batch from Sep 17th till Sep 20th at the engineering facility of Nevis Networks India at Pune. Each of these two batches will accommodate sixteen engineers. Most Nevis partners have agreed to send more than one engineer. During this training, the engineers are provided theory and practical hands-on training. The engineers will also be provided with self-service tools, knowledgebase, product and technical documentation and other relevant information to fully support Nevis’ LANenforcer product family. On successful completion of training, Nevis Networks India will be providing Engineer Certification Program called “Nevis Certified Network Security Engineer”, which verifies engineers across a variety of areas within the networking and security domains.
